DESCRIPTION:The public and business communities are invited to attend an open house to learn more about a 2021 project on Highway 316 between the north junction of Highway 61 to just south of Tuttle Drive in Hastings.\n\n\n\nThe open house will be held Tuesday\, April 23 from 5 to 7 p.m.\, at Crossroads Church\, 225-33rd Street W. in Hastings. A short presentation is scheduled at 5:15 p.m.\n\n\n\nOpen house attendees will have an opportunity to view the preferred design concepts for Highway 316 from the north junction of Highway 61 to just south of Tuttle Drive. The Minnesota Department of Transportation's project team\, as well as City of Hastings staff will be on hand to answer questions.
