In case of inclement weather such as heavy rain or snow banding may be canceled.\n\n\n\nProgram Fee: Free\n\nAll banding\, marking\, and sampling is being conducted under a federally authorized Bird Banding Permit issued by the U.S. Geological Survey's BBL.
