**Overview** 1. Install the handholes and route conduits2. Pull fiber optic cable3. Troubleshoot Fiber connections at customer premises4. Replace and repair fiber optic cables5. Install extensions of mainline conduit on a case by case basis6. GPS locate & mark fiber lines.7.
