Tai Yoga Chai

This 4 week class is a wonderful way to wake up, move, and meet the new day ahead feeling refreshed. We will meet in the cafe area of BreakAway Arts and Cafe, enjoy Tai Chi and Yoga moves both seated and standing, take a moment for "quiet time", and then enjoy a warm specialty BreakAway Cafe beverage. The class is appropriate for all fitness levels, no equipment required, and even business attire will be appropriate for those headed off to work.
